through a variety of tests. You should find our software simply works although as with
all software products other factors such as your devices specific model, internal settings
or software you use to control your device can cause minor issues.

Q. How do I find out which version of iTunes I have?
A. If you are unsure which version of iTunes you are running it is easy to check.

Q. How do I know if my iPod has the "Notes" feature?
With the exception of the iPod Touch and iPhone, if your iPod has a dock connector as shown below,
it will also have the "Notes" reader function. From your iPod's main menu select "Extras" and from
there you will see "Notes".
Q. Why can't I see my iPod my iPod listed under devices with removable storage?
A. You need to make sure that your iPod's settings are set to "Enable iPod for disk use".

Q. I have an iPhone / iPod touch what should I do?
Q.Are there other languages available?
A. Currently French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are the six available languages.
Q. Why do certain phrases not play anymore?
A. Because you didn't follow the instructions properly!!! You have not selected "Do not auto delete"
once having downloaded the podcast. To solve this re-download the podcast, sync your iPod and make
sure you follow the installation instructions properly this time!
