Big international acts play at Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Wembley Arena, Wembley Stadium, the 02, whereas acts attracting audiences less than around 5,000 will be seen at The Astoria, Brixton Academy, Shepherds Bush Empire or the London Forum.

Camden Town is a hot spot for new and upcoming acts, which can be seen at the Barfly and Dublin Castle.

For jazz, there are two main contenders that have international jazz acts pretty much all year round. The legendary Ronnie Scott's in the heart of Soho and the Jazz Cafe in Camden.
