With a mix of hundreds of feature-length and short films from all across the globe, the Festival opens and closes with Gala Premieres, which generally attract a string of A-list celebrities, directors and press.

Other screenings are less formal affairs, although they are usually attended by some of the cast and crew who may introduce the film and hold open question and answer sessions after the screening.
